How to upload your documents safely

1. Open the link your CA or consultant sent you on WhatsApp.
2. Enter the 6-digit access code from the same message.
3. Tap each document in the list. Choose a file or take a photo.
4. Wait for the green tick. Save your receipt.

Is it safe?

Yes. Your files are encrypted and stored in India. Only the people at your firm who work on your file can open them, and every time they do, it is recorded. Nobody can see your files through this link, not even you.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you rights over your documents.

• Know why. The upload page shows why your firm needs each document.
• Ask for deletion. Open your link, enter your code and choose Ask to delete my documents. Your firm has 30 days to reply.
• Raise a complaint. Contact your firm first. If they do not reply, write to us.
