Can I send the same checklist to many clients at once?
Yes. Pick as many clients as you need. You get a ready list of private links to share on WhatsApp or email.
Can clients upload photos of bills?
Yes. They can take a photo or choose a PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, JPG or PNG file up to 25 MB.
How do reminders work?
You choose when reminders go out. They stop as soon as the checklist is complete.
We have many staff in season. Do they each need a login?
Yes, so every action is in their own name. Extra logins cost ₹199 a month and can be switched off after the season.
Do my clients need to install an app or create an account?
No. They open your private link on any phone or computer, enter a 6-digit code and upload. The page works in English and Hindi.
Where are the documents stored?
In data centres in India, encrypted while they travel and while they rest. Files open only through links that expire in 60 seconds.
Are our documents used for AI?
No. Your documents are never sold, never sent to outside AI companies and never used to train any model.
What if it is not right for us?
Ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. You get 3 days to export your files, and the money is back in 7 working days.
