Is this a one-time payment for life?
No. It is a yearly subscription at the founding price. The price stays locked for as long as you renew without a break.
What if Document Intelligence is late?
If it is not live by 31 January 2027, we refund the Document Intelligence part of your payment in full. Your secure document service carries on.
Can I still get my money back if I change my mind?
Yes. The 14-day refund guarantee applies to your first payment, like every other plan.
Will my documents be sent to an outside AI company?
Never. Document Intelligence will run on our own servers in India, and your documents are never used to train any model.
What happens if I cancel and come back later?
The founding price ends when the subscription ends. If you return, the normal price applies.
