Is this a case management system?
No. Reposha collects and keeps your clients’ documents, safely. Your diary, cause list and drafting stay where they are.
Can juniors and clerks use it?
Yes. Each person gets their own login and sees only the clients assigned to them. Extra logins cost ₹99 a month.
A matter can run for years. Will the papers be erased?
Only when you say so. You set how long files stay, and a legal hold keeps everything for a client until you lift it.
Does it help with client confidentiality and the DPDP Act?
Yes. Access is limited to the people you choose, every view is on record, and files are erased when the work is done. Reposha covers the document side; your engagement terms and privacy notice stay with your firm.
Do my clients need to install an app or create an account?
No. They open your private link on any phone or computer, enter a 6-digit code and upload. The page works in English and Hindi.
Where are the documents stored?
In data centres in India, encrypted while they travel and while they rest. Files open only through links that expire in 60 seconds.
Are our documents used for AI?
No. Your documents are never sold, never sent to outside AI companies and never used to train any model.
